B'fast - Coffee with creamer Veggie Omelet (squash, zuchinni, & green onion) with salsa Lunch - Smoked turkey on 1 pt bun Dill pickle Dinner - Individual turkey pot pie Cranberry Sauce, perhaps Snack - Hot cocoa Apple with PB2 (I've been missing this)
Just back on to report what I ate today... Breakfast - protein bar Snack - 1/2 c. marshmallows Lunch - 1 c. chicken noodles and 1/2 c. corn and a 100 cal. choc. cake Dinner - Subway Turkey/Ham on honey oat and loaded with veggies, banana, and some baby carrots I stayed OP today! Woohoo!!
