2 1/2 to 3 miles - DVD - got interrupted by 5 minute phone call, so did the 1 mile extra to make up for time on phone! FEELS SO GOOD!! Finally back in to a routine!

1 hour water aerobics, 30 minutes on treadmill which included 3- 1 minutes runs at 4.2 MPH. Then did weight lifting circuit. Went shopping and burned the same number of calories by my heart rate monitor as I did exercising.
