Good morning. Count me in for another OP day. Tomorrow is WW and I've made it all week tracking my points. I've only used about 10 of my weekly points and none of my activity points. Still think I'll ask for week 6 book tomorrow. That is supposed to be the plan with no tracking, like the old Core. I've measured and weighed my food this week and don't think that my portions on Core were too far off (except ice cream, 1/2 cup sure doesn't look like much)
Today I'm off to help clean and set up for the Christmas gift give away at our local food pantry. Jim says he doesn't clean so he will only go on Fri and Sat when the clients actually come in and chose their gifts. It's a neat job, being an elf. The elf holds the plastic bag and guides each client individually around to chose a gift for each family member.
It's cold and snowy here and if the weather man is right we might have a foot of snow for Christmas. We'll be in Maryland so just hope it doesn't get too bad for travel time.

Still iced in this a.m., but husband went in to town around lunchtime. Things are thawing now, so better weather is on the way, I hope.I've had a good OP day, though! Have the granddaughter still....will take her to Mother's Day Out tomorrow for her Christmas party, then home after school. We've had fun with her. My daughter is doing good after her surgery. She had her first therapy this afternoon, so I will be anxious to see how that went!
Dinner is in the crockpot....I love this time of year when you can have one pot meals done and be busy with other things!!!
So good to see you all posting...it was indeed an OP day...feeling like I need to be very careful not to be too depriving in my selections as I so tentatively remain back OP after a time of struggle. Diane, what are some of the crockpot recipes you like that are deliciously OP??? Maajida
