We haven't been posting our exercise!!! Uki, you usually get us started on Sunday, so I'm going to jump in today.....
I did my 1-mile walking DVD! At least that's a start of something!!! I'm ready to get back in to my normal routine.

I was thinking on the way home that we haven't been posting exercise.
Today I worked my butt off. 1 hour water aerobics (I was sweating in a 79 degree pool); 30 min on the treadmill with some running; weight lifting circuit; 30 min on recumbent bike, then I went grocery shopping. I burned 700 calories at the gym and by the time I got home my heart rate monitor said my total calories burned was over 1000. I'm determined to have a loss when I weigh in on Wed.

2 miles done and feeling good!
Decided to take it easier today. 60 minutes water aerobics and 30 min treadmill.
Sunday: Car trip no excercise
Monday: 30 min eliptical (Worked it out hard), 30 min bike
Tuesday: 30 min eliptical (Worked it out hard), 30 min bike
Hope to get the same in tomorrow morning.
