Foods for 12/31

Breakfast - Protein Bar
Lunch - Turkey/Cheese Sandwich, Can of chicken noodle soup (the Progressive ones) and some pretzels.
Snack - Orange
Dinner - ? still thinking
Snack - Carrots/Hummus or PB2 and Celery

B'fast - Veggie Omelet with lots of homemade salsa

Lunch - Taco Soup

Dinner - Smoked Ribs, cabbage, and other veggies

Snack - WW Smoothie, Yogurt

B; Nutrigrain waffles and PB2

L: 6 inch Subway turkey on wheat, lots of veggies, vinegar no oil

D: Mexican with Scott - grilled chicken burrito, no sour cream, no guacamole, light on the cheese, and lots of lettuce, tomato, and salsa

treat: WW ice cream cup with toppings

B- oatmeal with flax seeds and banana
L- PB2 on sandwich thin, carrots, oranges, skim milk
D= Shrimp cocktail and salad.
Snack- popcorn tonight and maybe a drink of Lemoncello (a very lemony Italian liquor)
