1 hour of Jujitsu. Earned around 3-4 points. Really worked on the legs. Continuous kicks. I am going to be sore tomorow. Hey Pattypurple is it better to work out just a little on my legs tomorrow to loosen them up or is it better to give them a rest?
1 hr of jujitsu this morning, swimming 2 hours tonight. Dont know how many calories u burn just swimming around but its got to be better than sitting on the couch!!
