B: Nutrigrain Waffles and PB2

L: Hot pocket sandwich and FF cottage cheese, sauteed mushrooms on the sammie

D: Chicken and noodles in the crockpot, mixed veggies

treat: WW ice cream cup and toppings

B- oatmeal with berries, flax seed, Fiber 1
L- PB2 on sandwich thin, carrots, grapes
D- "stew" with leftover chicken, potato, carrot, fresh spinach and whatever else I find in the frig

Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - Chili/Crackers/Orange
Snack - pretzels
Dinner - Tetrazzini/Mashed Tater's/Green Beans (leftovers)
Snack - Carmel Apple Salad

D- Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites & veggies
S- Orange, raw veggies, Philly Swirl Stick

B: old fashioned oatmeal with raisens and cinnimon

d. Tavern on lt bread. Salad with lt ranch. SF pudding with ff coolwhip.

S: Cheesy chicken
oven roasted potatoes (from shwans yummmy!!!)
green beans/ 2 slices of peach.
