25 min jog/walk, 15 min weights, 15 flexibility stretching.
40 minutes on the trainer.
30 minutes with Kettlebells concentrating on upper body
30 min. treadmill, 30 min bike Pat
1 mile walking DVD .. at least it was a start!!!! Housecleaning will count today, too. All my Christmas stuff still has to be put away!!!!
2.5 mile dvd workout. I had a hard time getting into this. I so wish they would get here and fix my treadmill!!!

60 minutes on the treadmill and 90 minutes shoveling snow!
1 hr of jujitsu this morning, swimming 2 hours tonight. Dont know how many calories u burn just swimming around but its got to be better than sitting on the couch!!
