Uki, I miss your starting the thread for exercise and saying this is your day for rest! This was my day for rest, too. I'm anxious to get started moving again in the a.m., though!

Yesterday I found my tae bo work out video so I plan on doing that tonight. I probably won't be able to move in the morning, but we will see.

Yes, Sunday was my rest day. :) But today I did the trainer for 40 minutes. Yay!
60 min. water aerobics. 10 min on a new machine, kind of like elipictal machine. All the treadmills were in use. Weight lifting circuit.
Only 1 mile this a.m. as I had to get ready to go get my hair trimmed. I will do more later, too!
45 minutes upper body strengthening
60 minutes on the treadmill all done.
60 minutes water aerobics, class was more stretching today. 20 minutes on treadmill=2 AP
30 minutes on the Gazelle, push-ups and crunches tonight.
60 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes shoveling snow.
lower body and abs workout 30 minutes
60 min. water aerobics
30 minutes on the trainer today.
60 minutes on the treadmill for Friday and Saturday.
