Exercise Accountability for 1/20/09

Good Morning Ladies!

I found a great workout online - if you are looking to switch it up a bit. It's Jillian from the Biggest Loser.

I did 1 set of 12 reps this morning and may attempt it again this afternoon. This workout is TOUGH!

Good morning. I have managed to work my way up to 40 minutes on the Gazelle, 100 crunches and 20 push-ups a day.
