Breakfast - 100 Cal. Thomas English Muffin with Sugar Free Strawberry preserves
Snack - 2 clementines
Lunch - Salad with SW chicken strips and a Jr. Frosty from Wendy's.
Snack - pretzels
Dinner - Taco's (hopefully the meat is thawed out)
Snack - WW ice cream treat

L: 1 slice cake made with egg whites, applesauce and topped with whipped frosting (I am such the pillar of nutrition lately...)
