60 minutes in water aerobics, weight lifting circuit and 30 min on the treadmill. Tried something new today and raised the elevation on the treadmill way up. Man what a workout. My butt muscles are still sore. Burned about twice the calories as when the treadmill is flatter. Guess I'll keep doing this.
60 min water areobics and 30 min on treadmill with increased incline. Went to chiropractor and he said that walking on the incline is good for butt muscles which in turn helps stabilize my lower back.
