Foods 1/28

Breakfast - protein bar and coffee
Lunch - Tomato Soup and grilled cheese
Snack - ?
Dinner - Chicken/Stuffing casserole, green beans, roll
Snack - butternut squash fries and catsup

I'm sitting here and cannot decide on snacks today. Since when does that ever happen to me??

B. 1/2 c. old fashioned oats with skim milk, sf syrup and sf stawberry jam

sn. coffee

d. pepperturkey and cheese on lt bun with lt mayo
side salad with thousand island dressing
2 potato chips

sn. carrots

s. somthing with chicken, not sure what yet though.

B- oatmeal with blueberries and Fiber 1
S- 100 cal english muffin with PB2
L- eggs with fat free swiss and ham
S- coffee with skim milk, splenda and unsweetened cocoa powder
(read this suggestion somewhere and it is my new favorite treat)
D- something with ground turkey ? sloppy joes

Pumpkin pancakes with SF syrup

Lunch - Homemade vegetable soup

Snack - Hot SF apple cider (cold day, can't get warm)

Dinner - Boston butt in crockpot (plan to make bar-b-q
on bun)
Green beans

Snack - Hot Cocoa
WW Yogurt
