Did a quick mile! HA! I'll get back into this slowly! LOL! So much for my seven days in a row before I went down to Florida!!!! I could have done more, but I moved some, anyway!!
60 min water aerobics, 30 min treadmill
50 minutes on the treamill one hour of jujitsu tonight
40 min. on the treadmill last night.
Upper body only for me today. Twisted my knee in jujitsu last night so just rest and ice for my lower body.
40 minutes on the trainer.
40 min on the treadmill last night.
30 minutes on Gazelle, leg lifts and crunches
60 minutes on the treadmill.
40 min. on the treadmill last night...after grocery shopping. Man, I was tired!
