Food's for 2/15

Breakfast - protein bar.

Lunch - was kind of a disaster...I made a WW recipe called "Orange Chicken" and followed the recipe to the "T", but I hated it. Blech...so, after a couple of bites I tossed it and made Grilled Cheese and tomato soup.

Snack - Cheesecake Bar

Dinner - still thinking....

B'fast - Coffee with creamer
Fiber One cereal with milk

Snack - Coffee with creamer!! (I was cold after church!)

Lunch - Veggie/cheese omelet on light Flatout with homemade salsa YUMMM-O!!

Dinner - Pork loin
Roasted veggies

Snack - Kiwi, Hot cocoa

Dinner ended up being a boca burger on an Arnold Sandwich Thin with the "fixins."

Late Snack - WW Crustless Pumpkin pie

B: scrambled egg whites with tomatoes, canadian bacon, lite toast with FF promise and SF jam

L: Turkey and cheese on lite wheat, baked tater

D: Oven fried chicken breast, smidge of mac and cheese, green beans

treat: WW cookie dough sundae and toppings
