Daily commitment 2/18

Good morning. Just popping in before I leave for the gym. Sure glad I start my workout in the pool because my body is stiff this morning. I have mornings like this where I can hardly move. The water is amazingly helpful in getting my joints working.
Had a good day yesterday and plan on another good day today. Think I may go back to Simply Filling technique tomorrow after WW. I will still track but not count points except for the extra non filling stuff. I'm tired of being hungry and trying to have a snack but worrying about how many points it is.
Have to run.
