Lisa it is in Book 6. It basically is the old Core. Some of the foods have changed a little but if you have your Core list it will be OK. The same once a day rules apply, eat till satisfied etc. We'll see how it goes this week. Hope I can keep my focus on eating till satisfied. I've started using a salad plate so that I'm not tempted to put a lot on my plate. Usually I'm full after eating that much.
