It has log for your walking also, just so you can track your progress. It's amazing how my heartrate changes, gets lower doing the same activity. It lets you see how conditioned you are. It's encouraging to me. It tracks Biking, Elliptical....everything. You pick.
I am going to attempt to start jogging this spring when it gets a little warmer outside. I don't want to start when it's cold. But when I do, I will start logging.
