Chicken Chimichanga

This is the recipe I tried over the week-end that was so good. Thought some of you might like to try it for something different.

Chicken Chimichanga

2/3 cup salsa
1 can Fat-free Cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
10 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken
1 cup light Mexican blend shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 8-inch fat-free tortillas

Mix together salsa, soup, spices, chicken, cheese, and onions. Place about 1/2 cup of the mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold sides over filling and place seam side down in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees 25 minutes or until golden.
Makes 8 servings.

I have made something similar and it is wonderful! Thank you for sharing, Diane. This one is a keeper!
