Good morning. I'm skipping the pool today. Yesterday I bought resistance bands and a DVD that I'm going to use. I tried part of the program yesterday and burned 200 calories so don't know how much the whole 30 minutes will be (if I can get through it).Food is going pretty good. Last night I had a whole big bowl of popcorn, just needed to chew. I've been doing OK with only a 1/2 bowl for several nights and will go back to that. Not much news in NY except the gloomy weather. Everyone have a great day
