Hadn't planned on an exercise today but it is so nice out that I raked my flower garden (snowdrops and crocus are starting to come up under the leaves). Wore my heartrate monitor and burned 300 calories in 30 minutes. My heartrate ranged from 111-135.

30 minute walk/jog on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the Total Gym.

6.5 miles 935 calories run walk, 1 hour 25 min. Not too bad, 13.08 per mile.

Sat. 1 hour of kick but jujitsu
Mon. 1 hour power walk and 1.5 hour casual walk with a friend

short walk downtown, bike ride with my daughter. 1 hour jujitsu. spent as much time out side as possible!

60 min. water aerobics, 45 min on treadmill. 6 activity points

Tues: 15 min walking treadmill 20 min recumbent bike 235 calories

WED: 4.3 mile walk/jog outside with a child (in a jogging stroller) and a dog attached to the stroller. What an accomplishment! 600 calories down!

whooh I havent posted in a while. 3 mile walk on thursday, 2 mile walk on friday.

1 hour jujitsu this morning and a long walk this afternoon
