2 mile walk with family, not the most intense workout but I did get my but out there!!
40 minutes on the trainer this morning.
30 minutes on the treadmill
45 minutes water walking, 24 minutes on elipictal.
60 minutes on the dreadmill.
30 minutes of Wii fit this morning. Would have gone longer, but I ran out of time. It's very addicting!
40 minutes on the trainer.
60 minutes raking yard. 400 calories burned.
4 miles on the walking trail
60 minutes water aerobics and about 30 min. on treadmill. I kept going till I burned 500 calories.
2 mile walk, 4 mile bike ride
1 hour jujitsu
oops! 60 mins on the dreadmill yesterday.
