Getting the thread started for the week.
I did 40 minutes on the trainer on Monday and 60 minutes on the treadmill today. How about you?
1 hour walking and 1 hour jujitsu
1 hour of walking
40 Minutes on the trainer.
15 minutes on the treadmill on Wednesday. Not much but hey I have to start somewhere.
walked outside for 3.2 miles yesterday and 3 miles today. First time I was able to exercise this week and it showed on the scale.
3.5 miles walking
Finally got back to the pool 60 minutes water aerobics and then did the weight lifting circuit (first time since Feb.) Have to rev up my metabolism somehow.
1 hour walk today
and 1 hour jujitsu tomorrow. will be busy tomorrow so I wont have time to post
1 mile walk at lunchtime (around the shopping center parking lot)
