1 hour on treadmill and weight lifting circuit. Increased the weight and decreased the reps. We'll see if it helps.
Running!! I wish, it was all walking. Me and a friend have started to walk a hour a day which usually ads up to a little over three miles but sunday we didnt have much going on so we just kept on going and ended up going two hours. It was really nice out so that helped.
