I just wanted to start this for anyone racking up Ap's today.
I am resting today but will be back on the bike tomorrow.
4 miles yesterday
60 minutes water aerobics and weight lifting circuit. 5 AP earned.
10.5 miles with Alex yesterday.
no walk on monday it rained but today I logged 7 miles
also 1 hour of jujitsu, dont usually count this unless it was a hard class. I havent worked up that hard of a sweat in a long time.
yesterday, 45 minutes of Wii Fit (including almost 3 miles of jogging)
Oops! 10.5 miles on thh bike Tuesday, and nothing for yesterday other than the usual household stuff.
Walked/jogged a mile around the track at the high school and did some Wii Fit last night.
3 miles around the house, 3 mile walk tonight
10.5 miles on the bike yesterday. I wanted to do a different route, but the wind didn't cooperate... Maybe tomorrow?
