Daily commitment 5/31

Good morning. I didn't get a chance to post yesterday. Went with son and girlfriend and DH to an antique car show. Lots of walking. I meant to wear my pedometer but forgot it.
Food hasn't been going great since I've been at Jeremy's. When I control my food (ie:breakfast) I'm OP. When his girlfriend is cooking I do the best I can. I'm sure I'm way over my 35 weekly points but won't be home till tomorrow evening. I'll be really strict on Tues and Wed (except I have a work dinner party to go to Wed evening). Don't expect any loss at WI on Wed. I have managed to walk both Fri and Sat so that will help some.
The kids suggested going to a movie today and then to the Cheesecake factory. I put my foot down on that one. Looked at the website and there is nothing there that I would eat.
We stopped for lunch yesterday at Buffalo Wild wings. I had a grilled chicken salad with fat free dressing. When we got home I looked up the stats and somehow they got over 600 calories from a green salad and a small amount of grilled chicken. Sometimes I think that restaurants inject fat into food to manage to get all the calories in it.
Oh well, WW is a lifestyle not a diet so guess we have to live in the real world and do the best we can.

Hey everyone hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday. Pat it looks like you are having a fabulous time. I cant wait to get away a little bit this summer.

I agree with the injecting fat into their foods . I went to texas roadhouse on friday with dh and looked up on the internet before I went to find out how much a sirloin is i dont remember the exact calories but fat was 29g ! so when I got their I asked how they prepared it and they baste it in butter. so I got that with out and steamed veggies (although they had to get me new ones because they drenched the first ones in butter! makes me wonder if the steak was too! even though I asked for it not to be!) I did resist the yeast rolls which I was quite proud and also had the sweet potatoe plain. Enjoyed a kid cone at dairy queen on the way home. It was a wonderful time. I dont know the last time me and dh went out for dinner by ourselves!!

today is going to be a lazy one I hope. We missed church this morning forgot to set my alarm So I am going to make brunch this morning, pancakes, eggs, fruit, toast I think. hope to work on my photo albums today as well. hope you have a great day!
