Hello all. Hope you are all having a good day. I am still out of commission. I don't know why. My back has really been bothering me. If its not better by tomorrow, they are going to get me back in to examine me. I haven't been tracking my points lately but I think I have been doing pretty good on the eating part. Its just so hard to cook when you aren't feeling well and can't stand for longer than 10 minutes before your back feels like someone is sticking a knife through it.
