A WW buddy told me about Enova Oil. It is made from Canola oil and soy and has the same amount of calories and fat as canola oil.
Has anyone seen any success with this? Is it worth the extra money vs regular oil?
We use very little oil...I have been trying to use the Enova oil when I do an egg just to try to get a little oil into my diet...My hubby uses it...just seems like oil to me but that comes from someone who never uses any..I thought it might be a little healthier, but who knows....
