Since I have a hard time deciding what to eat for dinner my hubby gave me an idea on how to get my vegatables....Stir fry. Its only about 2 points with Tereyaki sauce and 3 points with a little steak added. And you can add as many veggies as you like. I use 3 types of peppers, mushrooms and broccli. I'm sure this is no secret to alot of you but I wanted to share it anyway because it feels me a up and It's not bad at all.
