it uses both regular and self rising flour. do you have to use both or can you just use all regular? i was wondering because i never used self rising flour and was wondering what difference it would make.

2/3 cup no sugar added applesauce
3/4 cup splenda granular
1 egg
1 egg white
1 cup riped mashed banana (2 med bananas)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 ounce chopped pecan
Hey Amber - I made Aimee's Banana Bread just as the recipe called for and it is really delish! My husband told me to keep the recipe, that it was the best he's ever had! Probably using both kinds of flour are to help it rise, but now that I've made it I wouldn't change a thing!
