ACTUALLY....

ACTUALLY I AINT DOIN WW....I AM JUST TRYIN TO PORTION MY SIZES AND EAT MORE FUIT AND VEGGIES...ON WATER I DRINK FLAVORED WATER AND IT IS 20 OUNCES A BOTTLE I USUALLY DONT DRINK OVER 2 OR THREE A DAY....I USED TO DO CURVES I LOVED IT...NOW THE YMCA HAS A WOMENS CENTER BUT IN IT THEY ONLY HAVE MOSTLY BICYCLES AND THE IN BETWEEN STATIONS ARE THE BAND PULLS FOR THE ARMS AND THATS IT...SO I MAY NOT BE GETTIN MY HEART RATE UP ENOUGH....I JUST GET BORED WITH JUST WALKIN...I LOVE HOW EXERCISING MAKES ME FEEL...AND I GUESS EVEN IF I DONT SEE NO POUNDS GONE FOR THAT WEEK HOW I FEEL MAKES UP FOR IT A LIL....I TRY TO GET KNOWLEDGABLE ON HOW TO EAT WHAT IS GOOD FOR ME WHAT AINT..BUT THERE IS SO MANY FADS GOIN..IT CAN CONFUSE A PERSON...SO I JUST TRY TO STICK WITH VEGGIES A LIL MEAT..FRUIT FOR SNACKS...I READ TODAY IF WE CAN GET 35 GRAMS OF FIBER A DAY IT HELPS WITH WEIGHT LOSS...AND THEN I SEEN SOME SLIMQUICK AT THE DRUG STORE AND SOME RELECORE THATS SUPPOSE TO BE JUST FOR WOMEN...SO I DONT KNOW IF THATS HEALTHY OR NOT IM FUNNY ABOUT TAKING STUFF UNLES I KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT IT WONT HURT ME....OK WELL IVE BABBLED A WHOLE LOT...I USUSALLY DONT HAVE NOONE TO TALK TO ABOUT THE WEIGHT LOSS STUFF SO IF I WRITE JUST A LIL TO MUCH JUST OVER LOOK ME.....

No need to overlook you silly! It is always nice to have some support, motivation and sympathy for what we are going through on this weight loss journey. Sharing helps. And reading helps motivate and give us new ideas! I'm new here too, and was thankful to see Aimee's story of success and failure. Makes us all feel human. I too have lost close to 100 pounds only to gain it all back and then some. I am now bck trying to do something about it. Took me 3 years last time. Looking in the classified for a treadmill to help me along.
