Can somebody help me, I have been on Weight Watchers for a month and have lost 11 1/2 pounds.
I haven't lost any in the last 2 weeks and I am getting real discuriaged.
Does anybody have any helpful hints to get it started again?
hang in there, that much weight in a month is great! just remember , slow and steady wins the race. you wont always lose weight, just keep on track and it will average out, never give up!
Vicki, that was a fantastic weight loss for your first month. You usually lose more the first month than you do from there on..Keep doing what you have been doing and it will all average out. Good luck and keep us posted...
If you are doing the points plan try switching to the core plan for a week or two. Sometimes just mixing it up helps. I love the core program so much more than the points program!
thank you all for your support, I weighed in last night at ww and lost 1-1/2 pounds. I know its not going to be easy but i'm going to keep on keeping on!
