Little goals count too!

Hi all! This is my first post. By the way, I love the site, Aimee. It's amazing of you to share your efforts with everyone. As a WW veteran, I know how important support of others can be towards acheiving weigh-loss goals.

Just wanted to give a little shout-out to those out there (like myself) who've lost a significant amount of weight but still less than 50 lbs. 4 years ago I lost 30 lbs through WW and exercise, and I've maintained it ever since. Take it from me, it wasn't easy to lose the weight. In fact, the last 5 lbs took almost half a year to come off and that was extremely discouraging. However, I'm proud of who I've become both inside and out. From a numbers standpoint, 100 seems more daunting than 20 or 30 but don't underestimate how much work we all have to do! Thanks
