Hopefully the information presented here will help provide solutions to some of today's automation challenges. Some issues are probably old, some are probably new. Many are products of the economy, the resultant reduction in manpower, exacerbated by aging equipment crippled by decreases in maintenance budgets.  The ULTIMATE goal here is that we all become more successful in our careers and chosen professions.

H200 won´t go in RUN mode

To find knowledge about the H200 seems to be hard nowadays.
I don´t know if this forum is active anymore but I give it a shot.

Status:
-LED display is black
-Keyboard led lights up for 0,5s when turning on power to PLC
-I have contact with the H200 and did run a PLC test and that gives WRF000 Self-diagn error (LED) 64 (pictures in dropbox link later in this post)

The PLC is probably waiting for the “keyboard”
To find a similar keyboard/display seems to be hard
Do you think it is a keyboard or power feed failure?
Have someone seen similar “dead display keyboard” or schematics about the cable from plc to keyboard?

Where can I find expertise, spare parts?
Suggestions about how to convert the program to a S7 if error not found?

Pictures, program and PLC test pics found here:

According to this post under there is two conditions, but a third condition seems to be a working connection with keyboard/display?

Two conditions must be met for the “RUN” light to come on. When the EC first powers up, it goes through an internal diagnostic self-check. The kinds of things this self-check looks for are: if the power supply is delivering the correct voltages, if the CPU and Memory pass tests, and if the program is present, and does not have any syntax errors.
Next, the “STA” terminal need voltage (+24VDC). When STA (Start) sees voltage, the command is sent to go into the “RUN” mode.
My best guess, is either (1) there is a problem with the start circuit (bad switch, loose wire, etc.), or (2) the program has become corrupt.
