Victoria Beckham to do NBC series
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 (UPI) --
Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, now a Los Angeles resident, has signed a multimillion-dollar deal with NBC to host her own reality show. Beckham, married to LA Galaxy soccer star David Beckham, signed for a slice-of-life show that will follow her move to America, the Daily Mail said Monday. Former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller -- who also brokered her husband's $250 million deal with the Galaxy -- worked the deal for the one-time Posh Spice. "The Americans were falling over themselves to sign Victoria up for a TV show but we had to choose the right deal for her. NBC won out in the end as they have really taken a shine to Vic's hilarious sense of humor and they want to capitalize on this," Fuller said. An air date was not announced.
