I was wanting to come out for the cardio but im not in good shape right now. On a scale of 1-10 how hard is it. Would I be able to come out if im not in good shape right now.

It's not about what shape you are in now. It's what shape you will be in when we're done. The goal is to finish. It's about 7 right now. Come out and do what you can do.

The cardio is not a 15. It is rapid pace, but if you need a break, take a break. This is about finding out who you are, challenging yourself. This isn't a competition. The goal is to make yourself better. If youre afraid to work hard and push yourself then this and probably football isn't right for you.

We would love to see even more players out there this week. Let's build on saturday's showing.
