I'm having egg whites (1pt), WW english muffin (1pt), and a mcd's fruit & yogurt parfait (3pts)
pre-workout:
1 tsp Natural PB on 2 saltines
1 glass homemade iced tea
post-workout:
1 Mango Stonyfield Farms Yogurt
1/2 packet instant oatmeal
1/2 oz almonds
4 slices canned pineapple (juice pack, drain)
Oh, and OF COURSE! - a small coffee w/ milk and splenda
this morning just a sweet and salty 2pt bar..them them!! got the choc rasp to try for snack later
I went for light today cause I wasn't that hungry when I got up, so I got a parfait and a coffee w/ splenda this morning. Oh, and thanks for the comment Linda on my Myspace page. I'm w/ you on the TGIF thing and I wish you and everyone a great Friday and weekend.

I'm new to the board, but LOVE this site and all of Aimee's recipes. I just joined WW this past Monday. Today for breaksfast I had a turkey sandwich (2 slices of Healthy Choice bread 2pts and 1 serving of 99% ff turkey 1 pt, with mustard) total of 3 points. I have a yogurt for later 2pts.

I have been hooked on TJ CranMango Muffin 4 pts with a banana 2 points all week! Just bought second pack of muffins!
Filling and lasts long time in my tummy! A good thing because as I am loosing wt my daily allowable points are getting shaved too!

I use a 12 oz glass for water i have had 3 glasses so far.I do drink 1-2 even before i eat and first thing when i get up. I like the smaller glass, if i use a bigger one it seems to "sit"

Today was simply coffee and a vitamuffin that I made from the Vitamixes. It was the banana variety. Yumm!
today I just had:
2 low fat eggos
lite syrup
cut up banana
and 1 tbsp of ff cool whip
Pre-workout: glass of h2o and one saltine w/ teaspoon PB
Post-workout: Lite n' Fit yogurt, 1/2 package of instant oats, 1 cup fresh strawberries and handful of slivered almonds
and an iced coffee with splash of soy milk!
Bouncing back from yesterday, so breakfast was a french vanilla pria bar and 2 cups of green tea.

I save that smoothie for the afternoon as a filler before dinner.. it works for me that way, am I addicted to the smoothies I sure am..

dinner don't know yet although I did cook up a pork loin in a pepper mix, might have that with my own brain storm brown rice mixture...

Snack: 1 small apple with 1 tbsp PB, small smoothie (carrot, pineapple, banana)
Granola with milk and fresh fruit and a coffee with milk. I eat the same stuff till I get fed up then change to a differant meal. I figure if I enjoyed it yesterday I will enjoy it tommorow.

Whole wheat mini Thomas bagel with 2 egg whites and tomatoes, spread with 1 T whipped cream cheese.(garden variety flavored)
I love the square mini Whole wheat Thomas, they are the same points as the the round mini bagels. Only difference is the calories and the the square one weighs a little more.
Its 9:30 I've been up since 6 and already hit the supermarket.
I'm now having boring WW yogart with 1 cup of
fiber 1 cereal mixed into it.
I over indulged with WW ice cream last nite, and my stomach is telling me how I goofed up.. i used 6 WFP on the stuff not worth it.. not the next day anyway..

Whole Wheat Mini Square Bagel, with one egg white(1/4 cup) and 2 strips of Smart Bacon( veggie bacon) spread with 1 T light whipped cream cheese and a dash of Mrs Dash seasonings.

This is something that I really need to work on. Right now, I only eat a 100 cal Thomes' English Muffin with ICBINB spray... 2 pts at the most for my breakfast. I have a problem using pts. in the morning..I want to save them for the day. I know this is not the smartest thing to do... I need to add some protein in, don't I??

I had a boring egg on a lite eng muffin

Lunch was a ham and cheese wrap 3 pts and some fresh strawberries that i nibbled on reading a book on the beach and lots of water, and a bottle of
green tea.
I ate my breakfast and lunch at the same time.
Two Lt T Eng Muffins
with FF cream cheese
1 with Smucers sugar free strawberry jam
the other with mozzerella cheese.
TJ's green mint tea
and now I need veggies which i plan to eat much of later tonight.

or some egg beaters which are protein but less points!

Egg whites on a mini square bagel with a slice of chipolte cheese.

Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Chipotle Cheddar Cheese
and i also bought,Sargento® ChefStyle Chipotle Cheddar Cheese( this one is shredded)
The deli one is good, You can taste the chipolte's, its 2 points for a slice,but its a thick slice.
Oh bought it at my local grocery store, though SWM may have it also.
