I didn't lose this week, but I didn't gain either. 337.1, same as last week. No worries. (((**** you cookout food))) Congrats Patty. Good luck to all others.

Way to go Patty!! Ben....holding is much better than gaining...way to go!

I am down .8 this week which brings my total lost to 34.4.

Congrats to all the Wednesday weigh-ins losers or not - good job sticking with it...if you stick with it you will get the results you want.

I am down 1.6 today with a total loss of 36.8 pounds. I think my son weighed that when he was in kindeergarten - boy think of the way our pounds equate into what other things weigh....
