eggbeater omlette with cheese peppers onions on a flat out wrap

yogart frozen for 1 hr with strawberries.


Lunch and dinner???? a mystery so far.

Sure does...mine was egg beaters with onions, peppers and mushrooms, a slice of cheese in a light wrap topped with peach pineapple salsa. Have more time to cook breakfast on the weekend. Am making the cowboy potpie from Aimme's cookbook for dinner and will have sausage on a 1 point bun for lunch. One of the brands that's 4 points at Sam's Club. Haven't tried them yet. It is an op day as usual.

Wanted to tell you that the Cowboy Pot Pie was very good and that I also made the dessert of Aimee's that was a pudding surprise from her book. It had ff soda crackers in it that made a crust after it set in the refrigerator for 24 hours. It also was very good. It was like chocolate pie. I took it to a small group meeting and it was inhaled. I always try to get my serving first because it will be gone if I wait. It would be good with some other flavored puddings too.
