Great workout today. According to my heart rate monitor I burned 850 calories (that's 8 AP). Don't know if I'll be able or want to eat for all them. I'm trying out different ways of exercising to see if I can up my calorie burn. It's a fun mental exercise.
My routine today was 45 min aerobics in the pool, weight lifting and 30 minutes on the bike with increased resistance.

Didn't get to the gym today. Had to make a quick trip to the mall (45 minutes away so not a really quick trip). Found out I have to start working on Monday and I didn't have any uniform pants. All the ones I had were too BIG. Then had to serve a reception for a funeral. Made lots of trips up and down stairs setting up and taking down. Guess that's my exercise for the day.
Told my leader at WW today that exercise is now my job. I'm usually at the gym for 2-3 hours most days of the week. It helps thinking of it as going to work.
