Exercise Accountability Post for the Week of 3-30-08

The purpose of this thread is to post your plans for exercise for the week, as well as to post daily, what exercise you have done to earn your AP's.

Sunday - rest
Monday - 40 mins trainer
Tuesday - 40 mins trainer
Wednesday - 50 mins treadmill
Thursday - 40 mins trainer
Friday - 50 mins treadmill
Saturday - 50 mins treadmill

Monday:
next phase of running schedule 25 min
weights 20 min

tues: off
Wed: running 25 min, pilates 30 min
thurs: off
fri: running 25 min, yoga 1 hour

Got my 40 mins on the trainer done before I even got the family up for the day. I feel so much better if I know my exercising is done for the day.

Great workout today. According to my heart rate monitor I burned 850 calories (that's 8 AP). Don't know if I'll be able or want to eat for all them. I'm trying out different ways of exercising to see if I can up my calorie burn. It's a fun mental exercise.
My routine today was 45 min aerobics in the pool, weight lifting and 30 minutes on the bike with increased resistance.

Got my running done for the day and really enjoyed the strength Pilates class. I'm ready for the day now!

Had the day off yesterday. Today did water aerobics, weights and bike. Earned 5 AP. Tomorrow is weigh in.

Didn't get to the gym today. Had to make a quick trip to the mall (45 minutes away so not a really quick trip). Found out I have to start working on Monday and I didn't have any uniform pants. All the ones I had were too BIG. Then had to serve a reception for a funeral. Made lots of trips up and down stairs setting up and taking down. Guess that's my exercise for the day.
Told my leader at WW today that exercise is now my job. I'm usually at the gym for 2-3 hours most days of the week. It helps thinking of it as going to work.

Running Friday. I'm really ready for the next phase of the running program next week. Very excited!
