don't give yourself permission to play around on the cruise. eat wisely, and make sure you walk the deck in the morning.. theres a walking deck on the top of the ship.
You can come off staying the same or even with a loss, I've done it many times in previous years
The 12 1bs under goals the top end of my height range is 144..I prefer to be 140 to 145 my ww weight in my book for lifetime is 155.
I will be ok on the cruise and I plan to exercise.
