Breakfast - Quaker Oat Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie for 3 pts. Lunch - Smart Ones pasta primavera for 5 pts. and 1 c. grapes for 1 pt. Snack - Cheese Stick 2 pts. Dinner - ?? I haven't thought that far ahead, LOL!!

me tooo no more ice cream at nite.. dont need and lately I don't want it nor do I look for it. its there in the freezer all kinds of WW goodies.. the scale doesn't agree with ice cream... no more, no way!!!!!! yogart frozen for 1 hr does the trick...
b. lf wholewheat eggo waffels sf syrup (total 3) sn. 2 c. grapes ww yogurt (total 3) d. chicken corn chowder soup 1 serving ff pretzels instead of crackers just as good and they dont get as soggy!! string cheese stick carrots (total 8) sn. ww double chocholate 2 pt bar (2) 16 so far. d. not sure yet. Got home kinda late so something quick and lite on the points.
s. lite english muffin 1 egg cooked 1 turkey sausage slice of 2% cheese (total 5) sn. yogurt with a few berries. (total 3) 24 points total for the day.
