now its 5.4 under goal.. not easy to keep maintaining this #... doable tho..

I've had 4 losses in the last 4 weeks, since I've stopped all WW desserts at night and watching the sugar in my foods...

I just hit the real gym not curves did cardio for 1/2 hr then hit the upper body part machines total work out over an hr...

Wow Tobe that's awesome. What have you replaced the sugar items with, for snacking?

I've been using a WW yogart at nite, I freeze it for 1 hr so it gets thick, almost like a frozen custard, and then maybe use a few strawberries in it.

not a cup so i don't count it as any points.
more like 2 strawberries...

i'm also trying not to snack during the day, and if I do have something its just an apple or an orange.
skinny people that don't have a food addiction like we do, eat only 3 meals a day. they eat to live. not live to eat..

Watermelon is around, thats a great diaretic, like taking a water pill.. 1 cup is all you need and thats point...
