I've been using a WW yogart at nite, I freeze it for 1 hr so it gets thick, almost like a frozen custard, and then maybe use a few strawberries in it.
not a cup so i don't count it as any points.
more like 2 strawberries...
i'm also trying not to snack during the day, and if I do have something its just an apple or an orange.

Watermelon is around, thats a great diaretic, like taking a water pill.. 1 cup is all you need and thats point...
