I did week 6/day 2 today:
walk 5 minutes
run 10 minutes

run 10 minutes

I really am starting to enjoy the running, i find myself running a bit faster once i hit a "stride",but i will admit the rest of the program week 3 on, looks challenging. But as i tell myself each time i run, its only 25 minutes, so i take it 1 minute at a time.

I did notice i seen you start "part 2" of the couch program. Good for You.
