This is a bit of a crazy day because I have 2 meals out...
B: LF Nutrigrain waffles and PB2
L: Burger King grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, extra lettuce and extra tomato on the whopper junior bun, small onion rings, diet coke
D: grilled shrimp quesadilla, grilled veggies, light on the cheese, and all grilled with no oil. No sour cream, no guacamole, no rice, no beans! LOL
treat: WW cookie dough sundae
You bet I am riding my bike today to earn some extra AP's for this. I am not worried though. WW is a lifestyle and I have to manage my food no matter where I eat.

corn and gravy 2
Then the kicker a piece of dessert pizza (5)
s. just some popcorn for me I think. Really ate too much at dinner so I will hold my self accountable for that the rest of the night.
