Put me down as a no weigh in. I weigh in at church and I think Mitch has strep throat, so we are off to the doctor and not to church this week. :(

I'm going to weigh in and post tomorrow. I got up and ate and drank a bottle of water then thought to myself...wait a minute...it's Sunday, I'm supposed to weigh before I eat! Not that it will change anything much, but still!!
