Ok, I faced the scale after several weeks of not going and I paid the price. Up 6.4 lbs. Ugh, Ugh, Ugh. That stinks but I'm back on the wagon now, so I expect a loss next week. I did find a nice jacket and tank for my son's wedding it's even got some bling on it.

It's okay, Laura. IT happens to all of us and look at it this way... Better to catch it now then waiting until you are up 20 pounds, right?

I am so glad you found something for the wedding!! I knew you would. It was just a matter of being in the right place at the right time.

I didn't post on Friday, cause I didn't work, I did however get on the scale with big hopes...

and low and behold I had a loss of 1.5!!!!!!!

Yahoo, I am now only 3 pounds away from goal! It sure is a huge motivator to stay OP!
