I quit smoking April 4, 2007, it is a struggle, sometimes it seems impossible, but if you stay focused you can do it!

I did it with the help of laser therapy - It was less than $200, and really worked for me, something you may want to look into....

you guys are the best. I came home from a 10 hour shift today just beat all the kids got up at all times of the night and I went to bed to late. So I am plenty tired. Then I got on here Saw this and you all made me cry. But my spirit is lifted thanks to all of you. It is amazing the power of words and prayer.
