Breakfast

Hi!!!

I fell off the wagon and am now trying to get back on. I guess that things happen for a reason and I am greatful for it. However, I find that I am eating the same things for breakfast, egg sandwich, grits or oatmeal. What are some good breakfast items that I can eat on the go or quickly fix when I get to work?

I use a quick on the go breakfast. usually take it with me to a WW meeting..

container of WW yogart
1 cup fiber one cereal
banana/ 2 strawberries

its filling
you get in 1 fruit, calcium and fiber...

Tobenj, that's a great on the go suggestion. Do you mix the cereal in your yogurt or eat it alone?

Cereal gets mixed into the yogart..

I take a container with cereal, fruit and put the yogart in when I'm ready to have it

The cereal will get soggy if not eaten right away..

3 pts for a good substantial breakfast, that stays with you for about 6 hrs...

Ooo Oooo Oooo!! My favorite is the LF Nutrigrain waffles with PB2! Yummo! LOL

I still eat those Quaker Oats Oatmeal Raisin breakfast cookies. Love english muffins with reduced sugar jelly/preserves or FF cream cheese.
