Angela's Menu thread for 9-15-08

Well, Angie is truly on a roll now with the breakfast thing. Angie, I hope you are starting to feel like it gives you more energy too.

B: Nutrigrain waffles and PB2

L: Either a turkey sammie on lite wheat with sliced tomatoes, or pancakes and SF syrup, or toast topped with FF cottage cheese mixed with cinnamon and splenda to make a mock cheese danish. I am having trouble with decisions this early. LOL

D: Spaghetti with marinara sauce and veggies

treat: cookie dough sundae and toppings

i had a grilled tend for dinner with a 1 pt bun (9 points) some pasta- (6points) and a breakfast cookie (3 points ) for dessert

I'm a day late, but here's what I ate yesterday. I kind of munched on low pt. stuff all day.

Breakfast - Protein Bar

Snack - Turtle Chex Mix

Lunch - Tomato Sandwich and Apple

Snack - Vita Brownie and Muffin (couldn't decide which one so I ate both, LOL)

Dinner - Hot flatout sandwich with S.W. Chicken strips, melted cheese, and roasted red peppers. W.W. Cookie

protein bar and popcorn right before bed and I still had couple points left.

See, I grazed all day.
